Booking and cancellations
Online bookings are requests, not guaranteed appointments - we will confirm by email within one working day. NHS services are free at the point of use; private services are charged as displayed on each service page. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by calling 0117 923 4561.
Medical advice
If you have urgent symptoms, call 999 in an emergency or 111 for non-urgent advice. Articles and FAQs on this site are general information and are not a substitute for a consultation.
